The difference between a scooter and a regular motorcycle.

Scooters feature a beamless design and flat footpegs, and are equipped with a CVT continuously variable transmission (just twist the accelerator and go). They are suitable for short-distance commuting in the city and have the advantages of simple operation, large storage space (the seat can hold a helmet), and easy getting on and off (no need to straddle the vehicle). However, they are limited by their small wheel diameter and fuel tank capacity, and their passability and endurance are relatively weak. Ordinary motorcycles (such as street cars and ADVs) usually require manual shifting and a straddle-riding posture, have larger fuel tanks and wider wheel diameters, and are suitable for long-distance riding or complex road conditions, but require coordination between the oil and clutch, and a tail box needs to be added for expanded storage.
